How Do I Improve My Google Ranking?

I currently own the website numeroten.com and have been trying to do some SEO Optimization. I use iWeb to edit my website and it isn't really the friendliest web site editor for SEO. I Do have Rage's iWeb SEO Tool. which I have been using to help. Right now it is taking some time for Google to re index my site 1 to 2 weeks and updates take a while. I do know about adding titles, key words, and meta tags. Can anything else help me?
